Trevaso provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC / Google Ads)
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Website Design & Development
• Content Marketing & Branding
• Influencer Marketing

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for services will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

💳 Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in your contract
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Setup fees and work already completed are non-refundable

📦 Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Grant necessary access to platforms (website, ad accounts, social media) in a timely manner
• Review and approve content within agreed timelines
• Not engage other agencies for the same services without notifying Trevaso
• Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule

🔐 Confidentiality

Both Trevaso and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared during the course of the engagement.

This obligation of confidentiality remains in effect for 2 years after the termination of services.

©️ Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• All creative assets, content, and designs created specifically for the client become the client's property
• Trevaso retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Any third-party tools, software, or templates used remain the property of their respective owners

📊 Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results vary based on many factors including industry competition, budget, market conditions, and algorithm changes. Trevaso does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue figures.

We commit to applying our best expertise, strategies, and effort to achieve the best possible results for your business.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

Trevaso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

🔚 Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual contract (typically 30 days). Upon termination:

• All pending payments become immediately due
• Trevaso will hand over all relevant assets, access credentials, and reports
• Ongoing campaigns will be paused or transitioned as agreed

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

📝 Changes to Terms

Trevaso reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
